We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a startup mindset, willing to roll up their sleeves and drive results. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up marketing functions from scratch, driving 0-1 growth, and possessing a let's do it attitude.
What you will own
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Set up and lead the marketing function, including team building and management
- Drive brand awareness and establish NotifyAI as a thought leader in the HR tech space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI
What will help you succeed
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment
- Proven track record of driving 0-1 growth and setting up marketing functions from scratch
- Experience in HR tech or B2C marketing is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
